Amy Lennox:

Qualifications: Msc Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy

Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Transactional Analysis)

Area of expertise and interest

Peri-natal psychotherapy and counselling, parenting, relationship difficulties, illness in pregnancy and post-birth, bereavement, assisted reproduction, single parenting, separation or divorce, back to work transition

Approach to counselling

I am a relational transactional analyst and aim to provide a safe and confidential space online to explore what is troubling clients around the motherhood journey and experience.  We’ll explore beliefs and about self and others and options, with the aim of bringing change in how clients feel as a mother and human.

Personal interests

I’m into being in nature, working for a fairer world, yoga and good food.

Qualifications:

I am a member of both the BACP (MBACP) and the UKCP (full clinical member).

I hold an MA in Integrative counselling and psychotherapy and a Postgraduate Certificate in integrative Psychotherapy, both from Regent’s university.

Length of years as a qualified therapist:   I qualified as a psychotherapist in 2022

Area of expertise and interest:  My area of expertise/interest are parental and perinatal mental health, and trauma.

Approach to counselling:

My approach is relational and integrative, which means I borrow from a number of approaches, depending on my clients’ needs and what they bring with them. I have a leaning towards psychoanalysis and existential theory and a keen interest in Gestalt and mindfulness.

 

Sherine Lovegrove

Psychotherapist & Mental Fitness Coach

Qualifications: BSc (hons) Psych., MSc cognitive neuroscience and neuropsychology

Qualified as a UKCP accreditation therapist in 2001, EMDR trained.

Areas of Expertise:

Women’s health and wellbeing particularly, Pre/peri and post-natal mental health, trauma, grief and bereavement. Having formally trained as a nurse, midwife and in intensive care sciences and 20 years as a gentle birth practitioner, I have the opportunity to support many very ill patients throughout every stage of their life.

Approach to Counselling:

Synthesizing all my experiences I intersperse my work as an integrative humanistic psychotherapist and coach with applied neuroscientific practices to meet the needs of the client. I would call my work a whole-hearted, wholly centered therapeutic approach.

Qualifications: MA Infant Mental Health/PGCert in Family Therapy/MBACP Therapeutic Counselling

Qualified as therapist: June 2023

Areas of expertise and interest:

Pre/peri and post natal mental health/parenting issues including attachment and bonding, and also due to my previous role in the NHS as a paediatric nurse I have extensive experience with parents whose children have chronic illness as well as life threatening conditions and also bereavement.

Approach to counselling:

I work integratively with what fits the client, drawing on psychodynamic/person centred and systemic/relational theory.
