This group is for women who have experienced emotional or physical distress during pregnancy, birth, or postnatally. Whether your experience left you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply in need of support, we are here to help you on your healing journey.

How It Works
The group meets weekly for 90-minute sessions over eight weeks during term time. In each session, we will:

Led by Siobhann and Natelie, experts in supporting mums’ mental health, Restore is a place of healing, empowerment, and support.

Referral Form
We welcome self-referrals from mums and their families as well as referrals from GPs, midwives and other health and social care professionals.
