“I am a mother and actress living and working in Greenwich. I have been an advocate of the incredible work that MumsAid do, since discovering first-hand the shocking lack of support available to women during the perinatal period. After recovering from my own debilitating experience of postnatal depression, I was thrilled to be able to help MumsAid to secure a Children In Need Grant to develop their services. I continue to feel passionately about the need to spread the message that with the right support, women can and do recover, but there’s still a long way to go to address the stigma that still surrounds this illness in our society. The support that MumsAid provides is quite literally life changing for the women and families that they help, and it remains to this day, one of my proudest roles to act as their Ambassador.” Zoe x
